Panic Over is a four-piece band from County Down, Northern Ireland. Originally formed during lockdown 2020, their first practice sessions were held socially distanced in the bassist's back garden. They are the proud winners of Rockshore's BotB comp 2023, beating 50 other acts from across NI. They are already attracting attention from a major label and one large independent.

In Feb 2025 they played one of their first shows in London at the historic venue the 100 Club on Oxford St.
